LETEO is a drone operator based in Brno, Czech Republic. I specialize in aerial video and drone photography for real estate agents, businesses, developers and municipalities. I regularly shoot in Brno, Brno-venkov, Slavkov region, Vyškov region, Břeclav region and across the South Moravian Region. For clients outside the region I travel throughout the Czech Republic.

Pilot registered with the Czech Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), liability insurance for commercial operations. No grey-area flights, no improvisation.

Aerial photography of a family home typically falls under the Standard package (from 5,990 CZK) - 10-15 edited photos + a short video. For a quick real estate listing on Sreality, the Start package is sufficient (from 2,990 CZK) - 5-8 photos delivered within 4 hours. For luxury properties valued over 15 million CZK, I recommend the Profi package (from 9,990 CZK). Transport within 20 km of Brno is included in the price.
Yes. I film in Brno-Country (Modřice, Šlapanice, Rosice, Tišnov), the Slavkov region (Slavkov, Hostěrádky, Otnice), as well as the Vyškov, Břeclav, and Hodonín regions. Transport within 20 km of Brno is included; beyond that, pricing is based on the service area map. For clients outside these regions, I am available to travel throughout the entire Czech Republic.
The price depends on the scope of the project, location and type of output. Basic packages start from CZK 2,990. Standalone photography or video starts from CZK 1,500. The final price is always proposed individually.
In most cases, you do not need to arrange anything. If the location is restricted or specific, for example a city centre, we verify everything in advance and arrange any required permissions.
Standard delivery is usually within a few days after filming. For larger projects, the deadline is agreed individually.
Filming is planned according to the conditions so the result looks its best. If the weather is not suitable, we arrange an alternative date.
We work in Brno, South Moravia and across the Czech Republic. Every location is checked in advance from both a safety and legal perspective.
