Aerial footage that shows the municipality in its full context - panorama, landmarks, landscape, events. Material for the municipal website, tourism, the chronicle and presentations to investors.
A municipality is more than a square and a church. A drone shows the overall shape of the place - how it fits into the landscape, where the landmarks are, where the river runs, what the surroundings look like. Exactly what a visitor or a new resident cares about and what ordinary ground-level photos can't capture.
Aerial material strengthens the municipal website, works well on social media for tourism support and is also suitable for chronicles, annual reports and presentations to investors (new industrial zones, residential projects, municipal investment projects).
Before we shoot, we'll discuss what the material is for. A tourism promo needs different shots than documentation for the chronicle or material for an investor pitch. Based on the goal, I'll suggest what to capture - panorama, landmark details, surrounding landscape, municipal dominants, or a combination.
For smaller municipalities, one visit is enough. For larger municipalities, or when you want to capture different seasons, I'll suggest spreading shooting across multiple dates (e.g. spring greenery + autumn colours).
Standard (from CZK 5,990) - 10–15 edited photos + video up to 2 min. Covers the usual needs of a smaller municipality: website, social media, presentation. Delivery from 24 hours after the shoot.
For premium output, tourism promotion or investor presentations, Profi (from CZK 9,990) - longer video, multiple locations within the municipality and surroundings, advanced editing with music, revision included.
For one-off needs (e.g. capturing a specific event or landmark), Start (from CZK 2,990) is enough - delivery from 4 hours after the shoot.
Does your municipality have an in-house web administrator or graphic designer? Solo (from CZK 1,500) - RAW / unedited photos and video delivered immediately after the shoot. Post-production is handled on your side.
How do we handle the budget and procurement process?
Standard jobs fall below the direct purchase threshold - the municipality doesn't need to issue a public tender. I'll provide a written offer for council approval and invoice after completion.
When is the best time to shoot the municipality?
It depends on the goal. For tourism, May to September is ideal (greenery, climate). For colourful landscape, late September to mid-October. For a winter feel, January to February. I'll recommend a date based on what you need the material for.
Will you cover a specific event (fair, municipal day, sports event)?
Yes. Event coverage is handled as a separate job - we'll agree the date, scope and output in advance. For recurring events, it's advisable to book a date well ahead.
Will you deliver material for the chronicle or annual report?
Yes. In addition to standard video and photos, I can deliver RAW files or high-resolution photos suitable for print. The delivery format is agreed to your requirements.
Does the municipality need to deal with any flight permits?
No. CAA (ÚCL) registration, insurance and any permits are my responsibility. In normal municipal areas a permit is typically not needed, but I verify each location beforehand.
Can we have an English version of the output?
Yes. Subtitles or a second version of the video in English for foreign partners, twin municipalities or investors - arranged as part of the job.
