Why use a drone on a developer project
A developer project lives over time. From the first intervention in the landscape, through excavation, shell construction, finishing work to the sale of completed units. In each phase you need different output for a different audience - investors, the bank, marketing, buyers.
A drone captures the project's context in the location, construction progress over time and the final shape of the building in relation to its surroundings. Exactly what static visualisations and street-level photos can't show - and what determines investor trust and the pace of unit sales.

AI flight planning = repeatability
For time-lapses it's crucial to shoot from exactly the same points throughout the construction - otherwise the comparison over time is unreliable. For developer projects I therefore prepare a flight plan as a waypoint mission - saved coordinates, altitudes and camera angles that repeat identically on every subsequent visit.
The result is consistent material where progress can be objectively compared month by month, year by year. For investor reports and marketing, it's the difference between professional documentation and a set of random photos.

Every developer project has different needs. Residential documentation looks different from industrial, and that differs from commercial centres. Before we start, we'll discuss the entire project timeline and I'll propose a shoot plan:

- what scope of material at each phase

- delivery format for investors, marketing and the project website
Pricing
Developer projects are typically handled as custom jobs. The standard packages in the pricing (Standard from CZK 5,990, Profi from CZK 9,990) cover one-off shoots - plot documentation, marketing of a completed project or a single time-lapse session.
For recurring shoots during construction, combined output for investors + marketing or multi-season documentation, I'll prepare an individual offer with a better total scope and price.
How it works
- Brief. You write or call - we'll cover the project type, location, timeline and where the material will be used (investors, marketing, unit sales).
- Proposal and dates. For a one-off job, I'll recommend a package and agree a date. For a long-term project, I'll prepare a shooting plan with milestones and total price.
- Shooting. I handle flight preparation, site checks and any permits. For time-lapses I set up a waypoint mission that will repeat on subsequent visits.
- Delivery. I'll edit and deliver the materials by e-mail, cloud or USB. For long-term projects, continuously, according to agreed milestones.
Areas of Operation
I provide drone services for development projects in Brno, the South Moravian Region, and across the entire Czech Republic. I regularly film in Brno, the Slavkov, Vyškov, Židlochovice, and Hodonín regions, as well as other locations depending on the project scope. Travel within 20 km of Brno is included in the price; further distances are charged according to the service area map.
For time-lapse photography and recurring site visits, I handle logistics as an integral part of the project - including flight planning (waypoint missions) to ensure identical shots across all construction phases. For projects outside of South Moravia, I offer framework agreements with fixed travel costs.
Frequently asked questions from developers
It depends on the pace of construction and the goal. Common frequencies: monthly throughout construction, or at key milestones (excavation, shell, facade completion, final state). The specific plan is agreed based on your project.
Yes. On the first flight I save a waypoint mission - coordinates, altitudes and camera angles. On every subsequent visit the drone moves along the identical trajectory, so the resulting shots are comparable regardless of the months in between.
Yes. Brief, contract and outputs in Czech or English. English subtitles, a second EN version of the video or a fully bilingual output can be agreed as part of the job.
Yes. Alongside the marketing output, I deliver documentation photos and video - state of the plot before start, progress of works, safety markings, use of the space.
CAA (ÚCL) registration, insurance and any flight permits are my responsibility. On construction sites, coordination with site supervision is key - the flight date is agreed so as not to disrupt ongoing works.
Yes. All materials are bought with full rights for commercial use. For recurring cooperation on a whole project, I offer a framework agreement with fixed pricing and priority scheduling.
