Why use a drone for selling a property

Standard photos show the layout. A drone shows the context - the plot, surroundings, access, distance from forest or road, orientation to the sun. Exactly what a buyer looks for in a listing and what decides whether they arrange a viewing.

For the agent, this means faster sales, a higher listing CTR and a stronger personal brand. For the property owner, it means a higher asking price and fewer viewings that lead nowhere.

Before we shoot, we'll discuss what the video should show - depending on who you're selling to. Sometimes just the house and plot are enough, sometimes it makes sense to include the surroundings: a panorama of the village, a local landmark, a historic site nearby, a forest, river or access road. For a family house in a village, these details matter; for a flat in the city centre they're irrelevant.

Based on the address and type of buyer, I'll propose a shoot plan - which shots to capture, in what order and why. This way you're confident the final video will contain what matters, not just aesthetic shots with no sales value.

Recommended package for a property

Standard (from CZK 5,990) - 10–15 edited photos + video up to 2 min. Works on listing portals, agency website and social media. Delivery from 24 hours after the shoot.

For smaller flats and simpler listings, Start (from CZK 2,990) is enough - 5–8 photos + short reels. Delivery from just 4 hours after the shoot, ideal for urgent needs.

For premium properties, residences and larger plots, Profi (from CZK 9,990) - longer video, multiple locations, advanced editing, revision included.

Does your agency have an in-house graphic designer or video editor? Solo (from CZK 1,500) - RAW / unedited photos and video delivered immediately after the shoot. You handle post-production in your own brand style.

How it works

1. Brief. You write or call - we'll cover the property address, type of buyer and where the output will be used (listing, agency website, social media).
2. Date and scope. I'll recommend a package, agree a shoot date (typically within 2–3 days, express sooner) and the price.
3. Shooting. I handle flight preparation, site checks and any required permits. I'll arrive and shoot - typically 30–60 minutes on location.
4. Delivery. I'll edit and deliver the materials by e-mail, cloud (Google Drive / storage as agreed) or on USB - Solo immediately, Start from 4 hours, Standard and Profi within 24 hours after the shoot.

Frequently asked questions from agents

How quickly will I get the material for my listing?
Solo package immediately after the shoot (RAW, unedited). Start from 4 hours after the shoot. Standard and Profi within 24 hours. For larger jobs, the timeline is agreed individually.

Do I as an agent need to deal with any permits?
No. CAA (ÚCL) registration, insurance and any flight permits are my responsibility. In normal residential areas no permit is typically needed.

Do you shoot properties outside Brno as well?
Yes. South Moravia is the home region, but I travel across the whole Czech Republic. Travel up to 20 km included, beyond that approximately per the coverage map.

Does it work in winter or in bad weather?
The drone flies in winter too, but the quality of the shots depends on light and conditions. If the weather is unsuitable, we'll reschedule without a cancellation fee.

Can I offer the footage exclusively through my agency?
Yes. You buy the materials with full rights to use in marketing the property you're selling. For repeated cooperation, I offer loyalty pricing and priority scheduling.
