As part of its business activity, the Controller manages and processes personal data of the data subjects listed below. These privacy policy rules (the “Policy”) inform data subjects about the circumstances of personal data processing and about their rights in relation to such processing.
The Controller processes personal data of persons who contact the Controller by e-mail, phone, contact form or through social networks and communication platforms (for example Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) for the following purpose, scope, legal basis and retention period:
Purpose: Answering the enquirer’s questions.
Scope of data: Name, surname, e-mail address, phone number.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in providing a response.
Retention period: For the period necessary to answer the enquiry.
The Controller processes cookies in relation to website visitors.
Cookies are text files containing a small amount of information that are downloaded to a visitor’s phone, computer or other device when visiting the website. On each subsequent visit, the cookies are sent back to the original website or another website that recognises them. In simple terms, cookies allow the website to remember information about a visit.

The Controller therefore cannot avoid processing necessary cookies in order for the website to perform its basic function. Necessary cookies may be processed without the visitor’s consent. The data subject provides personal data voluntarily. Failure to provide personal data may affect the Controller’s ability to conclude a contract or provide performance where such performance is based on necessary knowledge of information about the data subject, including personal data.
If processing is based on consent, the data subject may withdraw such consent at any time by sending an e-mail to info@leteo.cz. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out on another legal basis, especially for the purpose of contract performance, service provision, or processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The data subject has the following rights:
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to such personal data and the following information:
The data subject also has the right to request a copy of the processed personal data provided that the rights and freedoms of others are not adversely affected.
The data subject has the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay and, taking into account the purposes of processing, to have incomplete data completed.
The data subject has the right to obtain erasure of personal data without undue delay where one of the statutory reasons applies, especially when the data are no longer necessary, consent has been withdrawn and there is no other legal ground, valid objections have been raised, processing is unlawful, a legal obligation requires erasure, or the data were collected in connection with an information society service offered to a child.
The data subject has the right to obtain restriction of processing where the accuracy of the data is contested, the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes erasure, or the Controller no longer needs the data but the data subject requires them for legal claims.
The data subject has the right to receive personal data they have provided to the Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller where processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means.
The data subject has the right to object to processing of personal data. If a justified objection is raised against processing for direct marketing or profiling, the personal data will no longer be processed for those purposes. Processing will be restricted until the objection is resolved.
The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them, except where such decision is necessary for contract performance or based on explicit consent and statutory conditions are met.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
The Controller has not appointed a data protection officer.
The Controller is entitled to unilaterally amend this Policy.
This Policy is effective from 10 April 2026.
