Who is a custom project for
The standard packages (Start, Standard, Profi, Solo) cover the majority of typical jobs for real estate, companies, municipalities, events and developers. However, there are plenty of projects that don't fit neatly into these categories or have a specific requirement that needs fine-tuning.
If your project doesn't fit the standard portfolio, it doesn't mean I can't find a solution for you. It just means the scope, timeline and price need to be designed individually - based on what you actually need.
Typical custom projects
- Wineries and farms - aerial shots of vineyards, estates, panoramas for branding and tourism
- Guesthouses and Airbnb - presentation of accommodation in the context of its surroundings for Booking, Airbnb, the owner's website
- Construction companies - inspections - checks of roofs, facades, chimneys and hard-to-reach places without scaffolding
- Web designers and graphic studios - B-roll and raw material for custom-built websites, partner channel
- Photography for print and galleries - high resolution for brochures, annual reports, print
- Combined jobs - multiple segments in one shoot (e.g. municipality + local winery + guesthouse)
- Special projects - anything that doesn't fit elsewhere and needs to be captured from above
How pricing for a custom project works
Every custom job has its own specifics, but the logic remains the same: shooting scope × post-production price × travel. The price depends on:
- how many locations and how far
- scope of output (photos only, photos + video, RAW only, full post-production)
- video length and editing complexity
- recurring shoots vs. a one-off visit
- delivery timeline (express vs. standard)
- travel over 20 km (see coverage map)

What I need to know for pricing
Send this information in your enquiry - it'll help me prepare an offer more accurately and faster:
- Project type - what you want to shoot or photograph
- Location - address, municipality or area
- Goal - where the output will be used (website, social media, print, internal documentation, presentation)
- Timeline - when you need the material, or flexibility
- Budget - if you have an idea, it makes scoping easier

How it works
- Brief. You write or call - describe the project and what you need. It doesn't have to be the final specification.
- Proposed solution. Within 24 hours I'll send a proposal of scope, timeline and price. No commitment.
- Agreement and execution. We fine-tune the scope until the offer fits your needs. Then we shoot.
- Delivery. I'll edit and deliver the materials by e-mail, cloud or USB in the agreed format.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly will I get an offer?
Within 24 hours of the enquiry. If you need it faster, mention it in the enquiry - I can usually reply within 2 hours.
Is the offer non-binding?
Yes. I send the offer with no commitment. If the scope or price doesn't suit you, we'll agree something different, or simply not go ahead.
Can you add services that aren't in the standard packages?
Yes. Specific post-production tweaks, video + photo + time-lapse combinations, unusual formats, delivery of RAW and edited versions in parallel - all can be agreed.
Do you work with subcontractors?
Drone, shooting and post-production are handled by me personally. If the job requires services outside my scope (ground camera, presenter, larger post-production studio), I'll recommend trusted partners.
Communication in English?
Yes. Brief, contract and outputs in Czech or English as needed.
